The Benchers would like to thank all those in the profession and the legal community who volunteered their time and energy to the Law Society this past year: see our 2009 volunteers.

Volunteers embody the spirit of professionalism and service, as members of committees, task forces and working groups, as guest instructors, lecturers and authors at PLTC, as practice reviewers, practice supervisors and conduct reviewers and as event panelists and advisors on special projects.

The Law Society welcomes expressions of interest from lawyers who would like to serve as volunteers.

Law Society committees, task forces and working groups

For more information about serving as a volunteer on a Law Society committee, task force or working group or as a Law Society appointee to an outside body, please contact Bill McIntosh, Manager, Executive Support. Expressions of interest and accompanying resumes are always welcome.
