To ensure uninterrupted access, please keep your contact details up to date. If you need to update your registered email, log in and go to "Email Settings" under "My Profile."
If you are unable to access your account because your registered email address is outdated or unavailable, please contact the Registration & Licensee Services Department by phone at 604-605-5311 during business hours. For security reasons, email requests to update an account email address are not accepted.
