We draw on our knowledge and skill as experienced lawyers in providing claims and risk management, and underwriting services. Although reports must be in writing, Claims Counsel are available to lawyers who would like to speak with someone for legal advice about a claim or potential claim that has not yet been reported. Here is a list of Claims Counsel and the practice areas they handle:

Lawyers Insurance Fund staff

The Lawyers Insurance Fund professional staff are experienced lawyers who provide claims handling, risk management and underwriting services for the insurance program. Claims Counsel use their legal knowledge, skill and experience to defend, repair and resolve claims and potential claims reported by lawyers.
