Practice and ethics advice
Barbara Buchanan, the Law Society's Practice Advisor, Conduct & Ethics, is available to give advice in confidence about the Law Society Rules, the Professional Conduct Handbook, and practice, including questions about client identification and verification, scams, client relationships, and lawyer/lawyer relationships. All communications between Ms. Buchanan and lawyers are strictly confidential, except in cases of trust fund shortages. Ethical advice
Jack Olsen is the staff lawyer for the Ethics Committee.
