Law Society discipline hearings and credentials hearings generally take place at the Law Society office in Vancouver and are open to the public — subject to the hearing panel's discretion to order portions of the hearing be held in camera to prevent the unauthorized disclosure of privileged or confidential information. This schedule lists upcoming discipline hearings and credentials hearings, by date and name of lawyer. In the case of a discipline hearing, the calendar provides details on each citation. Note: A discipline citation is an unproven allegation until a hearing panel makes a determination on its validity.
