Chief Judge Melissa Gillespie of the Provincial Court of British Columbia announced the following appointments:
- J Martin Nadon, who served as crown counsel for the Ministry of Attorney General, will be assigned to the Northern Region with chambers in Prince George..
- Jodie Harris, who served as crown counsel with the BC Prosecution Service, will be assigned to the Fraser Region with chambers in Abbotsford.
- Michelle Stanford, QC, who practised administrative and criminal law as a sole practitioner, will be assigned the Northern Region with chambers in Williams Lake.
Until her appointment, Judge Stanford was a Bencher of the Law Society and we thank her for her service.
