Vancouver, November 17, 2017 – The Law Society of British Columbia is suspending lawyer William T. Faminoff of Vancouver for professional misconduct. Faminoff's two-month suspension will commence on November 20, 2017 and comes following the Court of Appeal’s confirmation of hearing panel and review board decisions on appropriate disciplinary action in this case.

The Law Society regulates the more than 11,000 practising lawyers in the province.
