Vancouver, May 30, 2018 – A hearing panel of the Law Society has accepted a consent proposal ordering the disbarment of former Delta lawyer Patricia Lebedovich for professional misconduct in relation to misappropriating or improperly withdrawing estate monies held in her firm’s trust account.
At the time that the hearing panel received the consent proposal, Lebedovich had been a former member and ceased practising law. The order for disbarment takes effect immediately, which means that she may not practise law.
