State of emergency extended
The provincial government has further extended the current state of emergency to the end of the day on June 9, 2020. The provincial cabinet has been taking the approach of making renewals of the state of emergency in two-week increments, in order to adjust the order to advice provided by Provincial Health Officer Dr. Bonnie Henry. Update from the Court of Appeal regarding further suspension of deadlines
The Court of Appeal has issued an updated Notice to the Public that includes new information regarding the continued suspension of service and filing deadlines and an amended Court Proceedings by Video Conference form. The current suspension of service and filing deadlines is being extended from June 1 to June 15, 2020. Further information may be found in the full updated Notice to the Public.
