Description
This course will expand your practical understanding of Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) by examining it in several different real-life contexts. We begin by thoroughly presenting two case studies, each with general facts, ADR analysis, and finally, advice. We also theorize on several possible outcomes for each case: how each might arise, and whether the handling of the case was beneficial to one party over another. We end by presenting general facts for six further practical problems, for your consideration.
