We cover the skills needed in a mediator and break down the Twelve Stage Model, and the Six-Stage Model.
We then discuss the benefits of structuring mediation, how to choose a mediator, when to choose mediation, and when not to choose mediation.
Lastly, we examine the ethics of mediation, both theoretical, and practical.
