Description
Family Law and Procedure for Mediators is a 21-hour self-directed, online course that will provide you with a working knowledge of provincial and federal legislation relevant to your practice as a family mediator, including relevant information on court procedures in BC and information on legal resources that can be accessed in support of families across the province. This course offers an introduction to foundation concepts in family law and procedure, organized into seven modules. This course includes posts, activities, content, and an assignment that will be reviewed by a tutor. Students have a 3-month window to complete this course, from the date of enrollment.
