Nature of conduct to be inquired into:

1.  You gave an interview to a reporter in which you disclosed confidential information of a former client that was contained in a Crown disclosure package, contrary to one or more of rules 3.3-1, 3.3-2, 7.5-1 and 7.5-2 of the Code of Professional Conduct for British Columbia and in breach of the implied undertaking rule.

This conduct constitutes professional misconduct, pursuant to s. 38(4) of the Legal Profession Act.
