Nature of conduct to be inquired into:

1.  Between approximately May 2019 and May 2020, in relation to Law Society complaint file number [number], you failed to provide a full and substantive response to communications from the Law Society, contrary to Rules 3-5(7) and (11) of the Law Society Rules and rule 7.1-1 of the Code of Professional Conduct for British Columbia, by failing to answer all requests for documents and information set out in one or more letters dated May 13, 2019, December 17, 2019, and January 13, 2020.

This conduct constitutes professional misconduct or a breach of the Act or rules, pursuant to s. 38(4) of the Legal Profession Act.

2.  Between approximately November 2019 and May 2020, in relation to Law Society complaint file number [number], you failed to provide a full and substantive response to communications from the Law Society, contrary to Rules 3-5(7) and (11) of the Law Society Rules and rule 7.1-1 of the Code of Professional Conduct for British Columbia, by failing to answer all requests for documents and information set out in one or more letters dated November 18, 2019, November 22, 2019, and December 2, 2019.

This conduct constitutes professional misconduct or a breach of the Act or rules, pursuant to s. 38(4) of the Legal Profession Act.

3.  Between approximately December 2019 and May 2020, in relation to Law Society complaint file number [number], you failed to provide a full and substantive response to communications from the Law Society, contrary to Rules 3-5(7) and (11) of the Law Society Rules and rule 7.1-1 of the Code of Professional Conduct for British Columbia, by failing to answer all requests for documents and information set out in one or more letters dated December 18, 2019, January 13, 2020, and February 4, 2020.

This conduct constitutes professional misconduct or a breach of the Act or rules, pursuant to s. 38(4) of the Legal Profession Act.

4.  Between approximately May 2019 and May 2020, in relation to Law Society complaint file number [number], you failed to provide a full and substantive response to communications from the Law Society, contrary to Rules 3-5(7) and (11) of the Law Society Rules and rule 7.1-1 of the Code of Professional Conduct for British Columbia, by failing to answer all requests for documents and information set out in one or more letters dated May 13, 2019, October 30, 2019, and December 3, 2019.

This conduct constitutes professional misconduct or a breach of the Act or rules, pursuant to s. 38(4) of the Legal Profession Act.

5.  Between approximately October 2019 and May 2020, in relation to Law Society complaint file number [number], you failed to provide a full and substantive response to communications from the Law Society, contrary to Rules 3-5(7) and (11) of the Law Society Rules and rule 7.1-1 of the Code of Professional Conduct for British Columbia, by failing to answer all requests for documents and information set out in one or more letters dated October 30, 2019 and December 9, 2019.

This conduct constitutes professional misconduct or a breach of the Act or rules, pursuant to s. 38(4) of the Legal Profession Act.
