BACKGROUND

Aengus Richard Martyn Fogarty applied to adjourn the continuation of a hearing that commenced on November 18, 2019. The hearing panel dismissed his application (2020 LSBC 44).

APPLICATION TO RECONSIDER APPLICATION FOR ADJOURNMENT

Fogarty applied to the panel to reconsider its earlier decision. He did not provide any additional material to justify a reconsideration. He again raised the issue of his inability to travel from the Czech Republic to Ireland to access his files due to the current pandemic. He did not specify how these materials would be relevant to the Law Society’ s application to reopen the hearing.

The hearing panel dismissed the application for reconsideration.
