Admitted discipline violations since May 2004 can be searched here.

These include:

• conditional admissions to the Discipline Committee
• agreed statements of fact; and
• consent agreements between a lawyer and the Executive Director

Regulatory admissions and consent agreements provide information on lawyers who have violated the Law Society Rules or Code of Professional Conduct for British Columbia. The admissions and agreements do not include information about complaints against lawyers or less serious discipline proceedings.
