Hassan Naraghi (also known as Hassan Faghihi-Naraghi) and Taraz Accounting & Business Services Ltd., of North Vancouver, BC, were offering to incorporate companies for a fee. The BC Supreme Court has ordered that Mr. Naraghi and Taraz Accounting & Business Services Ltd. be prohibited from providing legal services, unless they become entitled to practise law in BC.
