Madam Justice Dardi ordered an injunction against Barbara Bonnar, formerly known as Barbara Targosz, Barbara Marta Courville, Barbara Spizewski and Barbara Bzymek, of Burnaby, prohibiting her from engaging in the practice of law; commencing, prosecuting or defending a proceeding in any court; and from falsely representing herself as a lawyer or notary public. In granting the order, the court also awarded costs to the Law Society. (January 21, 2010).
