Mel Farrell, doing business as Reliable Tax Services, of Victoria, BC, consented to an order prohibiting him from engaging in the practice of law. The Law Society had received evidence that Farrell’s business was offering to incorporate companies and shareholders’ agreements, and giving legal advice for or in the expectation of a fee. Farrell consented to paying the Law Society’s costs.
