Camporese, Giovanni
On January 10, 2019, Mr. Justice Groves granted an interim injunction that Giovanni Camporese, of Vancouver, be prohibited from engaging in the practice of law for a fee until a final determination of the petition on its merits. The order also prohibits Camporese from representing himself as being a lawyer, counsel, solicitor or any other title that connotes that he is qualified or entitled to engage in the practice of law and from commencing, prosecuting or defending proceedings in any court on behalf of others until a final determination of the petition on its merits.
