Camporese, Giovanni
On October 2, 2019, Mr. Justice Affleck granted an order prohibiting Giovanni Camporese of Vancouver, BC, from representing himself to be a lawyer or solicitor or from using any other term which suggests he is entitled to practise law in BC and from commencing, prosecuting or defending a proceeding in any court in BC other than in his own name. The court also awarded the Law Society costs in the amount of $5,000.
