Law Society v. Huculak
On September 6, 2023, Justice Giaschi pronounced a consent order that Lubomir Ihor Huculak, a.k.a. Mir Huculak, be prohibited from practising law regardless of whether he charges a fee, from holding himself out to be a lawyer and from commencing, prosecuting or defending a proceeding on behalf of another.
