Mo, Gongyou

Gongyou Mo (a.k.a. Jason Gongyou Mo) and Candevelop Business Inc., of Burnaby, were found to have offered to prepare divorce documents, a separation agreement and a will for a fee. They have consented to an order not to practise law as defined in section 1 of the Legal Profession Act. They paid the Law Society $3,000 in costs.
