On February, 25, 2026, Justice Koturbash pronounced a consent order that Esther Anita Sharaf and All Nations Business Association Ltd. doing business as ANBA Ltd. be prohibited from engaging in the practice of law, or from holding themselves out to be a lawyer, law firm or immigration practice or any other title that connotes they are qualified or entitled to engage in the practice of law. The court awarded the Law Society costs and restitution to Sharaf’s client.
