Having trouble logging in?

I can't remember my username.

  • Please use the Forgot Username form to email your username to your email address on file with the Law Society.

I can't remember my password.

  • Please use the Forgot Password form to send a password reset token to your email address on file with the Law Society.

I have reset my password and am still unable to login.

  • If you have successfully reset your password and are still unable to login, please click the Forgot Username link to confirm that you are entering the correct username.

Did not receive the validation code, the code is not working, or received an error message "invalid verification code entered"? Try the following:

  • Check your junk/spam folder.
  • Enter the code promptly upon receipt. The code is only valid for 2 hours so request a new code again if the code has already expired.
  • Double check the code is entered exactly as received, without any extra spaces/characters or incorrect characters. Copying and pasting the code might help avoid typos (ensure space is not inadvertently added).
  • If the validation code has been requested multiple times, ensure the most recent one is being entered as older codes will no longer be valid.
  • Try the security questions method (if set up previously).

If it is still not working, call Registration & Licensee Services at: 604-605-5311 during business hours. For security reasons, you will be asked to confirm your identity during the reset process.
