Christopher R. Penty, of Kelowna

On February 9 a Law Society hearing panel, having conducted a hearing pursuant to the Legal Profession Act and the Law Society Rules and having found Mr. Penty guilty of professional misconduct, ordered that he be suspended for two months, commencing June 1, 2001.*

Martin Drew Johnson, of Kelowna

On February 2 a Law Society hearing panel, having conducted a hearing pursuant to the Legal Profession Act and Law Society Rules, found that Mr. Johnson was guilty of professional misconduct and ordered that he be suspended for one month, commencing May 1, 2001.*
