Baldev Singh Ghag, of Surrey

A hearing panel of the Benchers of the Law Society of British Columbia, having conducted a hearing pursuant to the Legal Profession Act and the Rules of the Law Society, found that Baldev Singh Ghag, of Surrey, British Columbia, was guilty of professional misconduct and ordered that he be suspended for a period of one month, effective August 1, 1999.

Gregory L. Samuels, of Vancouver

A hearing panel of the Benchers of the Law Society of British Columbia, having conducted a hearing pursuant to the Legal Profession Act and the Rules of the Law Society, found that Gregory L. Samuels, of Vancouver, British Columbia, was guilty of professional misconduct and ordered that he be suspended for a period of 90 days, effective July 10, 1999.

Douglas Warren Welder, of Kelowna

A hearing panel of the Benchers of the Law Society of British Columbia, having conducted a hearing pursuant to the Legal Profession Act and the Rules of the Law Society, found that Douglas Warren Welder, of Kelowna, British Columbia, was guilty of professional misconduct and ordered that he be suspended for two months, effective July 1, 1999.

Basil J.H. Rolfe, of Vancouver

The Discipline Committee of the Benchers of the Law Society of British Columbia, having accepted a conditional admission pursuant to the Legal Profession Act and the Rules of the Law Society, found that Basil J.H. Rolfe, of Vancouver, British Columbia, was guilty of professional misconduct and accepted his undertaking to resign as a member of the Law Society, effective June 10, 1999.
