Nature of conduct to be inquired into:
1. You failed to provide a full and substantive response promptly or at all to communications from the Law Society concerning its investigation of the complaint of TT, contrary to Rules 3-5(7) and (11) of the Law Society Rules 2015 and Rule 7.1-1 of the Code of Professional Conduct for British Columbia, and in particular you failed to respond substantively to some or all of:
(a) letters dated November 13, December 8 and December 16, 2015; and
(b) an e-mail message sent November 6, 2015.
This conduct constitutes professional misconduct or a breach of the Act or rules, pursuant to section 38(5) of the Legal Profession Act.
