Nature of conduct to be inquired into:

1. Between May and August 2014, you sexually harassed CS, who was employed by your firm as an administrative assistant and summer articled student, contrary to Rule 6.3-3 of the Code of Professional Conduct for British Columbia.

This conduct constitutes professional misconduct, pursuant to s. 38(4) of the Legal Profession Act.

2. Between January and May 2014, you sexually harassed MB, who was employed by your firm as a paralegal, contrary to Rule 6.3-3 of the Code of Professional Conduct for British Columbia.

This conduct constitutes professional misconduct, pursuant to s. 38(4) of the Legal Profession Act.

3. At various times during the period January 2014 to May 2015, you engaged in bullying and harassment by your inappropriate conduct or comment towards one or more persons employed by your firm, including CS, SP, and MB, that you knew or reasonably ought to have known would cause those persons to be humiliated or intimidated.

This conduct constitutes professional misconduct, pursuant to s. 38(4) of the Legal Profession Act.
