Sharing space with non-lawyers

In brief: There is no prohibition against space sharing with non-lawyers, however, given that non-lawyers cannot be expected to appreciate the importance of lawyer-client confidentiality, the standard for sharing with non-lawyers is even higher than it is for sharing with lawyers.
