Reporting a lawyer records security breach

In brief: Lawyers must protect all records related to their practice by making reasonable security arrangements against all risks of loss, destruction and unauthorized access, use or disclosure. If you have reason to believe there has been a security breach, you must promptly inform the Law Society in writing.
