2024 Annual General Meeting
The 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Law Society of British Columbia was held virtually on Tuesday, September 24, 2024. Approximately 21% of the profession participated in the meeting, either by voting online in advance or during the meeting.
The business of the 2024 AGM included the following:
- Westminster County Bencher Thomas L. Spraggs was acclaimed as the Law Society of BC’s Second Vice-President for 2025.
- Benchers’ report of proceedings since last meeting.
- Bencher Resolution 1: the Appointment of Law Society Auditors for 2024. The motion passed.
