The Law Society of British Columbia is conducting a survey to learn more about the challenges faced by legal professionals with disabilities and how the profession can be made more accessible and inclusive. We welcome input from legal professionals with lived experience, as well as from friends, family or colleagues who can share secondary perspectives.

You can take part by completing a 15–20-minute online survey or by doing a one-on-one phone interview. If you choose a phone interview, you can speak privately with a member of the Policy team or the Equity Advisor. To speak with someone from the Policy team, email policy@lsbc.org. To speak with the Equity Advisor, email equity@lsbc.org. All responses are confidential and won’t be linked with your name or member ID. What you share will help inform future policies, support equal participation for all, and make the legal profession more accessible.

Taking part in this survey is entirely voluntary. You may withdraw at any time without giving a reason and without any consequences. The survey will be launched the week of July 14 and will remain open till October 31. The link to the survey will be provided once it is launched.
