LSBC Tribunal’s annual report now available

The LSBC Tribunal is an independent decision-making body that manages, considers and decides disciplinary cases involving legal professionals and contentious applications of licensing candidates seeking to practice law in British Columbia. It upholds the public interest in the administration of justice by acting in a manner that is fair, respectful, and transparent.

The 2023 annual report provides a comprehensive overview of the Tribunal’s meaningful achievements and activities, as well as challenges faced. The report highlights the Tribunal’s commitment to ensuring fair and impartial adjudication in matters brought before it, as well as efforts to enhance transparency and improve processes and procedures.
