Law Society clarification

In September 2024, the Law Society published a Press Release in relation to a Resolution for the upcoming Annual General Meeting which was tendered by the members James Heller and Mark Berry.

To the degree it was understood by some to have defamed Mr. Heller, the Law Society wishes to confirm that was not its intention.
